Barry Dover is the founder and President of The Dover, LLC. He started working with JD Edwards dating back to the A5.2 World Software release.

With over 20 years of experience he has the background as both a technical and functional consultant. Because of this he has the unique ability to select the very best consultants and understand how they will fit in any client environment. Over the years he has worked as a Functional Consultant, Developer, and Project Manager on numerous projects.
